- Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is defective or not as described, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. Requests submitted after this period will be considered as the item having been received in good condition.

- Exchanges

Exchanges are accepted only in cases where the item is defective or not as described.Once your exchange request is approved by the Chafiqa Team, the item must be returned within 7 days in its original condition — unworn, unwashed, unused, undamaged, and with all original tags attached.

- Returns & Refunds

Returns are accepted only for defective items or items that are not as described.Once approved by the Chafiqa Team, items must be returned within 7 days in their original condition — unworn, unwashed, unused, undamaged, and with all original tags attached.

Approved refunds will be issued to the same payment method used at checkout.

For orders paid via bank transfer, refunds will be issued as store credit on www.chafiqa.com.

Please note that returns and refunds are not applicable if an order is refused upon delivery.

- Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled within 1 hour of purchase. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

Please allow up to 45 days for the refund to be completed.
